Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the inclusion of the original invoice or a printout of your return authorization.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.
Receive Refund or Exchange
